Patients forced to wear stool and pee filled depends for 12 hour putting her ar risk for infection and bed sores. Only gets 5 minutes of rehab a day. No one will will answer her call light. People for educational to wear bibs when eating. Patient cussed of lying when she was left on toilet for hours. There dignity and rights are violated. The state should come to the facility and talk to patients. They are making her and invalid in stead of helping her get better. Many code violations.

My dad was recently here after having a fracture, our friends had recommended this after spending some time there. I can say as someone who was new to this, we were all very pleased. The therapy was consistent and just what he needed, the rooms were clean, smell free and even had showers. The staff were lovely and accommodating to our many initial questions.
My grandpa came here after a stroke, and the care he got really helped him get back on his feet. The staff were kind, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout his recovery. This was our first time experiencing something like this. Seeing him regain confidence and independence meant so much to our family.

My grandmother was here post knee surgery, this was the first time we had used a service like this, the therapy team had her back on her feet and on her way to being her old self within a couple of weeks. The rooms are so much better than the hospital ones as well, and actually offer privacy. If your elders need a place to recover within the community, I would point them here.

My family member recently had a stay there. She was treated very poorly and felt degraded by some of the CNA’s. And when she made the head nurse aware, the head nurse made excuses for the CNA’s and made her feel as though she was over reacting. They would bring her pain medicine hours late. The food was most often room temperature, if that, and not appetizing. My family member has extreme health conditions and this treatment was absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, we do not live in the state of Washington, otherwise, we would have been there in person to complain and advocate more effectively.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place seems alright at a glance. It’s clean and doesn’t smell. However they seemed to be understaffed as far as I could tell, and the staff did not have time to answer my mothers call light for 12+ hours. During this period she sat in a filthy diaper that soaked through into her bedsheets. This all happened the first night she was there after being in the hospital for a heart attack. They did not check on her once the entire night. The next day when I confronted the charge nurse she was very dismissive and tried to throw the cna under the bus, the cna claimed that he was very busy. The charge nurse then tried to gaslight me with a spreadsheet that apparently showed that my mother had not pressed her call light AT ALL during her stay until roughly a half an hour before her first diaper change. This was all very convenient except for the fact that I had personally pressed her call button the night before and talked to the charge nurse and the CNA on staff and VERIFIED that the call button had worked! When confronted with that information the charge nurse with the spreadsheet became nasty with me and quickly allowed my mother to discharge herself AMA. They could not get us out the door fast enough. 0/5 star actual rating. I have reported them for neglect and for lying to me with apparently falsified records. Edit: I had reported Pine Ridge Post acute to the state for what had happened with my mother, and it seems that their “call light” system is set up in such a way that the state could not investigate its efficacy. The social worker stated that although this was unorthodox it was not illegal. However the nature of their “system” required that Pine Ridge Post Acute do THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION. Color me shocked but their “results” indicated nothing was done wrong. So basically not only does their call system not work properly it seems to be set up intentionally to remove all culpability and accountability. The fact that this is allowable by the state is truly astonishing to me. I see that Pine Ridge Post Acute is under “new management” and they have left me a response. I will try giving them a call to see what they say but for some reason I doubt that it will go well. I will update again after I chat with their management

The CNAs are HORRIBLE and LAZY. They talk back and make attitude when asked to do their job, making excuse after excuse of why they can’t just bring my mom a cup of water. My mom tells me the call light is useless, and I have seen for myself that they take FOREVER. When I brought this up, I was met with rude remarks and was told “that’s not my patient” from another aid. My experience here was bitter, some workers were really nice however the service we had just made everything sour. CNA has walked away from us, my mom was left sitting in her soiled diaper for hours, and there were plenty of times our helper was supposed to bring us something and never came back. The place is very clean, the janitors and kitchen people are very sweet. My only issue was the rudeness and blunt behavior we got from the CNAs and some of the nurses.

I was visiting my grandpa in his room when I noticed the cleaners were being more helpful than the CNA themselves. We pressed the call light button for help but then no one came for nearly half an hour. Our cleaner gave us what we needed and by the time the CNA had gotten there, the issue was already resolved. The CNAs seem to hide from the patients themselves 😐

Easily one of my highest recommended nursing facilities for skilled rehabilitation in the entire Seattle Metro area. The director of Rehab, Katie, and her therapy team are absolutely wonderful to work with, and very passionate about helping their patients rehabilitate and get home as soon as possible. Everyone on the therapy team makes my job easier, as they are always prepared, always provide documentation in a timely manner, and are very easy to communicate and coordinate with. I always thoroughly enjoy my weekly visits to Pine Ridge Post Acute care. Five big, huge stars!
Individuals do not treat their patients well. Be extremely careful. Patients develop sores and end up in ICU, ignore 911 calls. Home doesn’t care.

I visited this facility I toured Karcher Senior Living for independent living. Everything was very nice, but they were more expensive. The staff who gave the tour was very good, and the facility was very clean.
My sister was there for 2 weeks and had the best experience and care. They were top notch nurses and aids , PT and OT. Can’t say enough good about this facility. Very clean, friendly staff and caring. The nurses that stood out for my sister were Herco and Jay. The PT people were Andy, Johnny , Jason and Megan. All excelled at their work. She was able to have her hair done by a wonderful gal named Zed. She was so kind and caring and made my sister feel special. She was also her CNA . Sydney who was in charge of social activities was absolutely amazing. Nicole, the social worker was excellent. There is more that we couldn’t mention, but everyone there was wonderful. She had the best experience . Highly recommend This facility.
My mother has been at Pine Ridge for a year and three months. My sisters and I are very pleased with the care that she has received. The staff is very efficient, loving and caring. I love the staff here. The facility is very modern, clean and well kept. I can’t say enough nice things about this rehabilitation center. I highly recommend it.
pine ridge sucks the food sucks and is the cheapest lowest quality possible and kitchen staff are rude beyond belief they fool the health department into believing that they are in compliance when in fact they are not avoid this place at all costs if you value the well being of your loved ones
We had two family members that ended up in this place about a year apart. The mode of operation is to totally ignore the physical therapy needs after a week they told both of them that they will never walk again and should get used to wheel chair. We moved the first one to another facility and she is happily walking. The second one was admitted a week ago after heap replacement surgery, no physical therapy for five days, now he was told that he should get used to the wheel chair. We are in the process of moving him out. Avoid at all cost.
My dad was here a few months ago (he has passed since then), but this place was just awful. I won’t go into too much detail but the top 2 things that I feel are very much worth pointing out and how they responded. First, he ended up getting pneumonia while he was there (because he had a wet cough). They did not feel it was necessary to test him for COVID, because “he wasn’t clinical for it”. Then my mom, my dad, and I all got COVID very shortly after he was diagnosed with pneumonia. They said we likely gave it to him and kept justifying why they wouldn’t test him until my mom and I tested positive. In my experience, with upper respiratory signs, it’s been protocol to test for COVID regardless in medical facilities and multiple other facilities raised eyebrows when we explained this. So, I feel that was a major fail on their part. Secondly, they wouldn’t keep oxygen on him and would park him in the hallway (“because he was a fall risk”) with no stimulation whatsoever, except maybe other residents that would also sit near and try to keep him awake (because he would get sleepy without his O2). Then, when he would be on oxygen, the tank would be empty. I pointed it out numerous times that the tank was empty and they didn’t change it for about 3 or 4 requests to do so, which was when his pulmonologist stepped in and then they listened. They claimed he got oxygen toxicity, which is why they wouldn’t keep him on it (he had interstitial lung disease and was rx’d O2 for at all times at home with no oxygen toxicity complications). Please don’t admit your family or friends here. It’s terrible. They way they handled all of our issues was with rudeness, disrespect, and ignorance. Other residents seemed very discontent/uncomfortable/sad to be there. **Edit/update**: they did nothing while we were there, after, and continue to do nothing to improve. The other reviews speak volumes about how this place is ran and how the residents are treated (with disrespect and carelessness). If it was really ran up the chain of command, someone would have reached out to me. When they would reach out, it would be on private numbers (which ended up being their personal phones) that you couldn’t call back. There was no follow up, even if I did call.

Wouldn’t take my worst enemy to this place. Never answer call lights, Charge Nurse doesn’t do his job. Don’t take YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!
I visited this facility We toured. The lady who met with us, she took us in and showed us around, and she was very nice and welcoming, but it was an older facility, and some things weren’t quite as nice as the newer place. We were given a calendar that showed the different things they do each day. There were people playing games and playing cards. They had a lot of things like books and different places where you could just go and be by yourself or be with a friend and do something together, so it was pretty nice.
The place is clean, but the service sucks; the charge nurse is so rude. The CNAs don’t help the patients except for a couple of good ones, and when you complain to the charge nurse, he doesn’t believe you. The charge nurse is super rude and not helpful or kind. Don’t take your loved ones in that place. I heard patients crying and calling for help, and nobody responded to them; this is elderly and vulnerable people abuse. Their therapists are fantastic, and that is the only helpful department.
I visited this facility My mother is moving in. It seemed very clean. She is moving into a studio first because they don’t have a regular-sized apartment yet. They’re pretty small as you would expect, but the common areas and activities are very nice. I can’t really think of anything bad about them. It’s not as big and as new as the other place, but it’s closer to my youngest brother. This is a much better location for us. The staff member who toured us around was very informative.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident It was good. They took good care of my mom and they’re friendly. It was clean and very welcoming. They had a good atmosphere, too. They’re always really nice. They got all kinds of activities. They got card games, reading, puzzles, bingo, and all kinds of stuff.
I visited this facility I had an in-person tour. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like. It seems to be very good. I had lunch there, and the food is OK. It has to be at a certain level for different people, so it’s not spicy or anything, but it’s very good. The people are very nice. The girl who took me on a tour was very good, knowledgeable, nice, and accommodating.
